FAQ's How do I download my files? After you check out, you will recieve a email with your download link for your purchase. Remember you have 7 days to download your files.
How do I unzip the .zip file? All files from stinkincute.net come in zip files. You will need to unzip the files before you can use them. Most computers come with extractor software but if you you don't have one, we suggest using a free extractor. (Extract and unzip, mean the same thing.) Windows users can go to www.7-zip.org and download a FREE extractor. Mac users can go to www.izip.com and download a FREE extractor. Then right click on the zip file and go to your software and select extract all and choose what folder you want it to extract to.
Do I need a special program or cutting machine to use your cutting files? No, our cutting files also come with a PDF file for handcutting the seperate pieces. Also printable Jpeg and Pngs. Most cutting machines come with a program that will use one of these formats: SVG, DXF, GSD, WPC, MTC, SCAL that come with our cutting files.
Is there a return policy? Due to the being downloadable products, there are no returns.
How long do I have to download my products? You can download them for 7 days and you can download them 3 times.
Can I download my files to tablets, smart phones, ipads, iphones, ect?
No you can only download them to a computer.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us 24 hrs a day/7 days a week via email at info@stinkincutepaperpiecings.com We respond to all emails within 24 hours. If you'd like to contact us via phone, please send us an email to info@stinkincutepaperpiecings.com with your phone number and a request that we contact you via phone. We will contact you within 24 hours. Do I have to have a Paypal account to make payment? No, we do use Paypal to receive your payments, but you do not have to have an account with them. There is an option for you to pay with out a paypal account. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Do you accept any other forms of Payment? Yes, we accept Cash ( for pick up only), I can take orders over the phone. (Just email us with your phone number and we can call you asap.)

When is my order shipped?
We ship all orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ship through USPS priority mail. You should receive your page kits within 2-3 days once shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship internationally. No discounts or free shipping for international orders. You will pay actual shipping costs. Please email us for a quote and we will send you a invoice for the shipping costs.
We live in Utah, can we pick up our orders?
Absolutely, we would love for you to save on your shipping costs. Just contact us to arrange a time for you to pick up your order and we will refund your shipping costs.
Do you have a Return Policy?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns. We do want you to be completely satisfied. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Can we resale your kits? Our kits are for your personal use only. They are not for resale.
